The Demand Is Real.
The Logistics Work.

The Emotional Case

Nevada has the lowest native-born population of any US state. Roughly 75% of residents were born elsewhere. Many came from Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, and the Carolinas. They brought their families, their careers, and their memories of Waffle House at 2 AM after a long shift.

Las Vegas runs 24 hours. Waffle House runs 24 hours. The cultural fit is not a theory. It is a fact that 300,000 hospitality workers live every night.

The Business Case

Waffle House already operates roughly 15 locations in Arizona. Las Vegas is about 300 miles from Phoenix. That is well within the company's standard supply chain radius. The distribution infrastructure exists today.

Other Southern chains have already proven the Vegas market. Bojangles achieved all-time record weekly sales for the brand on its Las Vegas launch and has 20 locations under contract. Whataburger opened a two-story, 24/7 location on The Strip adjoining the Waldorf Astoria in 2024. Chick-fil-A regional sales climbed 5.4% to $22.7 million. Waffle House is the obvious next entry.

Who Is Behind This

I noticed. And I'm doing something about it.

I've spent years on the road for work, eating at Waffle House when everything else was closed. It's where you end up after long days, long drives, late nights. It's where parents take their kids because it's simple, fast, and everyone knows what they're getting without seeing the menu.

No guesswork. No wasted time.

I live in Las Vegas now, and I see the gap every day. A city full of families, hospitality workers, and people moving at all hours, but no Waffle House. Parents who grew up on it are now raising kids who will have no idea what it is. Is that the future you want for our city?

I don't treat this like a nice idea. I treat it like a problem that already has a solution.

I need your help to make it happen.
